Spamly is the easiest way to express exactly what you need to over 100 relevant Suppliers at once. It enables you to receive fabulous personalised offers from Suppliers you may not have got round to checking and even negotiate personalised offers.
Anyone and everyone can be a Customer. A Customer is someone seeking a Supplier to provide them with a service for either personal or business needs. A Supplier however, is any registered business or freelancer providing a professional service and looking for customers. Suppliers on Spamly receive leads relevant to the services they provide and can acquire new customers by replying to these leads promptly with quality replies. Big multinationals as well as smaller specialist businesses make up the thousands of companies Spamly currently has as Suppliers.
Spamly is completely free for all Customers with no fees or charges. Suppliers can select from Spamly's access packages to join Spamly to respond to qualified customer leads from less than 50p a day. This helps ensure replies are sent thoughtfully from legitimate professionals and supports Spamly to keep the service going.

You can have 50 requests active at any one time. If you reach this limit you will need to wait until one has expired before you can write a new request. Requests expire 60 days from the send date.
Requests expire after 60 days and cannot receive any more replies after this date.
Spamly automatically closes your request once you have received a maximum number of replies. This helps ensure responses are limited to proactive Suppliers sending quality replies promptly.
We will send periodic updates to your main email address when new offers come in to your Spamly Mailbox to ensure you do not miss any opportunities. You will also be able to see the number of unread replies per request when you log in to your Spamly Mailbox.
Thousands of businesses are registered with Spamly as Suppliers so you should expect up to 10 competitive offers on average per request, however the number of replies received will really depend on the request made.
This will really depend on the type of request you send and the responsiveness of the matching Suppliers. Each request is different, some will attract speedy responses and others may be more complex and require some time for companies to respond. If you have not received an offer within 7 days, we suggest checking that you have set an appropriate budget and that the key information has been included in your request.
Yes, this ensures Suppliers reply with a quality reply quickly. Don't worry the maximum number of replies ensures you get more than a handful of offers. Once you receive the maximum number of replies to your request, Spamly will automatically switch your request to a “Closed” status.
Action the best offers with 'like it' or 'maybe' to send your email address to the Supplier. You also have the option to include you telephone number if you prefer to be called by the Supplier. Or, contact them directly via the contact details attached to their offer. There is no limit to how many companies you get in touch with – remember quote the reply's Spamly Reference number if you contact the company yourself so the Supplier knows what you are referring to and who handled your request.
We are unable to guarantee that a company will contact you, which is why we always ask companies to provide their own contact details along with their offers should you wish to contact them directly yourself.
Spamly enables you to identify which companies have the best offers in a way which you would not have been able to do otherwise. You can even negotiate with Suppliers as the best responses will be personalised to you as opposed to their general offers. There are no obligations however, so you do not have to follow with any offer you receive.
You don't have to do anything. Your request will expire within 60 days or close as soon as the maximum number of replies has been received.
You may like to revise your request and ensure you have included all the necessary information. If you still feel dissatisfied with the Suppliers' responses, let us know via hello@spamly.com and we'll take action to enhance the service.

If you have just joined us, you should be up and running by the end of the next business day. We'll notify you via email periodically to let you know you how many business leads you have pending.
No, you are free to be selective and invest in the customers you are most interested in. This will not affect your status as a Supplier or your rating. However, remember, contacting customers is also your opportunity to build your company's awareness with relevant customers.
No. Your offer can only be viewed by the Customer sending the request.
We strongly advise that offers are made immediately. The maximum a request can remain active is 60 days, however customers' requests can close in under 24 hours if there is a high response rate from other Suppliers. Quality replies promptly sent will grow your business.
The Lead Maturity states the status of the lead and whether it is close to expiring or closing. Once a request is closed or expired you will not be able to reply to the customer with an offer.
It is normal for the odd error to occur, we are human. To ensure a fair system on Spamly however, we only permit Suppliers to send one offer per request. It is important you review your offer each time you respond to a request as this will prevent customer disappointment further down the line.
The Customer will either send you their contact details immediately after reading your reply or contact you privately via the details you have included in your response. You should also check the Lead Maturity which will give you an indication of whether the request is still open and being considered by the Customer.
For this to occur a Customer must firstly receive a Supplier's offer. If they like your response they may choose to provide you with their personal contact details. Should a Customer send you their contact details, a small red icon will appear beside the customer's request in your Leads Box as well as a message at the top of Leads Box directing you to a page with the requests you need to follow-up on. Customers' details will be enclosed in your Leads Box and sent to your main email address at the same time.
When the customer has had a strong response from companies and received the maximum number of offers possible, the lead is “closed” and cannot accept more replies. It is best to send a good offer quickly to prevent this from happening.
Leads remain active for 60 days. After 60 days the status of a lead will appear as expired and will no longer be able to receive company offers.
Please contact us immediately if you believe you have received abusive or offensive material at alert@spamly.com. We will deal with all matters appropriately and in a timely manner in accordance with our Terms of Use.
