I am looking to get married but cant really afford to. how can I arrange a wedding on the cheap for the whole wedding package(dress, suit, venue, reception, registrar/minister, etc.) but at the same time, make it a special day

Me and my bride to be are looking for a location to get married in Italy, our initial research led us to favouring the Livorno region of Tuscany, but we are open to all suggestions. Again after initial research we were favouring the idea of a civil ceremony, in a pretty town hall location etc., ideally in a coastal location, but in all honesty the most important element is that it is an area which is child and toddler friendly.
We are looking to have the wedding next August during the English school holidays, there will be a maximum of 28 guests, 5 of which will be children, hence why we are looking for somewhere that is family friendly, with activities for children and families to do etc..
We will not be requiring a wedding party or reception after, we will just be looking for a restaurant for a meal.
We will be expecting everyone to make their own travel & accommodation arrangements.
We are looking for a very quiet, low key and intimate ceremony, for as cheap as possible to be honest
Are you able to suggest any suitable locations and indicate the costs involved

I'm looking for a beautiful castle wedding that holds around 400 guests anywhere in the UK, but I want it in the grounds of the castle as opposed to in a marquee. Does anyone know of such a venue???

Need rooms for all 20 people, some kids included 1-2 nights stay
We are flexible with the dates and it doesn’t HAVE to be the weekend which should make it easier to get the hotel/venue booked we want.

Intimate wedding, civil ceremony, max 50 guest for whole event, late wedding in time for photographs within some light, time of year to fit with honeymoon choice. Location to be 50miles from Staffordshire at least (to ensure intimate wedding without offending friend and relatives).
